Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 6030 platform via 6030.im or its associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 6030 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including registered users and visitors without an account. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 6030 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration by anyone below the minimum age requirement is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 6030 services, you will need to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 6030 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access has taken place.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 6030 support team immediately via our official email for further security assistance.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 6030 platform agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of applicable regulations in Malaysia.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security of the platform's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 6030.
• Spreading false or misleading information, or deceiving other users on the platform.
• Sharing account login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.

6030 reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 6030 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit is RM30 and will be credited to your account once verified by the relevant payment provider.

6030 supports local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX. Deposit processing times range from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the selected method and current banking network conditions. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50 and processing takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that the bank account or digital wallet used is registered in their own name. 6030 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or issues on the part of external payment providers.

All promotions and bonuses offered by 6030 are subject to specific terms and eligibility requirements stated alongside each offer. Rollover conditions and promotion validity periods will be clearly outlined before any promotion is activated.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

6030 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the 6030 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard payment policies once all conditions have been met.

Limitation of Liability

6030 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6030 platform — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 6030 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
